Starbucks Launches 2026 Fall Menu Featuring New Chaider Drink

Starbucks rolled out its seasonal fall menu nationwide on Tuesday, August 25, 2026, highlighting the return of its signature Pumpkin Spice Latte for its 23rd season alongside brand-new food and beverage items.

The coffee chain introduced several new drinks for the autumn lineup, including the Chaider, a beverage featuring chai mixed with apple cider and strawberry acai flavors, available hot or iced. The expansion also includes an Iced Pumpkin Cream Shaken Espresso, Pumpkin Spice Chai, Iced Pumpkin Cream Matcha, Iced Banana Bread Latte, and Iced Banana Bread Chai, with the banana-flavored options remaining on the menu beyond the fall season.

Returning seasonal favorites feature the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew, Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai, Pumpkin Spice Frappuccino, Pecan Cortado, Pecan Crunch Latte, and Iced Pecan Crunch Latte. In the bakery case, Starbucks debuted a new Chicken Bacon Protein Pocket flatbread sandwich containing 20 grams of protein and a Hedgehog Cake Pop, while bringing back its Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin.

Alongside cafe releases, the company launched themed retail products including a "PSL Society" merchandise collection featuring drinkware and a hat, while pumpkin-flavored creamers, coffees, and ready-to-drink options hit grocery store shelves earlier in the month.

Despite the perennial popularity of the autumn beverage lineup, company leadership indicated the seasonal items will remain temporary offerings, as reported by Yahoo Finance.

"We've talked about this a couple times, and we come back to the conclusion that it's really the defining drink of a season," said Brian Niccol, Chair and CEO of Starbucks.

Niccol emphasized that the company intends to maintain the limited release schedule for the seasonal products rather than offering them throughout the year.

"And as of right now, we've got no plans to put it on permanently. But we will make the most out of people wanting to experience a great pumpkin spice latte season. And it's not too far away," said Niccol.
