Nate Bargatze Launches Media Label After Setting World Record

Stand-up comedian Nate Bargatze has officially set a Guinness World Record by selling more than two million tickets on his Big Dumb Eyes World Tour while simultaneously launching a new production label, No Pictures, to expand his media footprint.

Representatives confirmed that the Grammy Award-winning comedian reached 2,045,040 total paid ticket sales on August 16, 2026. Bargatze was formally recognized on stage at Toronto's Scotiabank Arena after surpassing the previous record of 1,981,720 tickets held by ventriloquist Jeff Dunham.

Spanning 16 months across 129 venues between April 6, 2025, and August 16, 2026, the tour broke attendance records at 84 separate arenas. Bargatze achieved notable milestones during the run, including becoming the only comedian to sell out three consecutive shows at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena within a single calendar year.

Following the touring milestone, Bargatze established No Pictures to focus on mature and dark-themed film and television projects. The banner operates alongside his family-oriented company, Nateland Entertainment, and takes its name from a phrase his daughter Harper used as a child.

Media executive Lawrence Grey joined the enterprise as Chief Content Officer to manage both production arms. Grey brings experience from Scott Rudin Productions, Fox Searchlight Pictures, and Universal, with producer credits including Juno, Lights Out, and Pain Hustlers.

"Lawrence has developed some of the biggest movies in the world," Bargatze said.

Bargatze stated that Grey possesses the capability to turn concepts into full projects, adding that viewers can expect upcoming announcements from the label.

"An amazing brand," Grey said, describing the business venture and its potential expansion into new creative markets.

Nateland Entertainment currently has multiple projects in development, including the comedy feature Fantasy Camp with Amazon MGM/UA and an adult animated series titled Nateville at Netflix. Bargatze also hosts the ABC and Hulu game show The Greatest Average American and recently starred in the theatrical release The Breadwinner.
