Microsoft Launches Pre Orders for 25th Anniversary Xbox Series X

Microsoft opened pre-orders on August 26, 2026, for its 25th anniversary Xbox collection, featuring a translucent green Xbox Series X limited edition bundle priced at $899.99 USD ahead of its official November 13 release.

The commemorative bundle includes an individually numbered 1TB console with a custom laser engraving, a matching wireless controller, and a full-game digital download of Halo: Campaign Evolved. Early access pre-order invitations were emailed to select dedicated fans on Wednesday, while general pre-orders open on August 27 at 7 a.m. PDT across participating retailers and the official website.

"Beginning today, some of XBOX’s most dedicated fans will be invited via email to pre-order the XBOX 25th anniversary collection. Tomorrow, Thursday, August 27 at 7 a.m. PDT, all players in select markets can visit the XBOX site or participating retailers for an opportunity to pre-order while supplies last.
