Livvy Dunne Teaches Olivia Ponton Baywatch Run Technique on Beach
Livvy Dunne, former LSU gymnast and star of the new Baywatch reboot, taught Olivia Ponton, girlfriend of NFL quarterback Joe Burrow, how to perform the iconic slow-motion Baywatch run on a beach.
The duo captured the lesson in a lighthearted video where Dunne shared three essential tips for the classic run: fluffing up hair, accentuating the chest area, and then running with confidence.
Olivia Ponton practiced the technique multiple times, laughing with Dunne before finally nailing a solid version on her fourth try, receiving positive feedback from Dunne.
"Okay, today I'm here with Miss Olivia Dunne," Ponton said in the video. "She's a 'Baywatch' baddie, if you didn't know, and she's going to teach me how to do the sexy on-the-beach strut because I need that."
The two wore matching striped swimsuits as they ran slowly toward the camera, recreating the famous Pamela Anderson run that became a pop-culture symbol decades ago.
"One: fluff up your hair, get it on point," Dunne instructed. "Two: fluff up what you got, get it on point. Three: mog and run."
Dunne then demonstrated the full slow-motion jog out of the surf, looking directly at the camera like a seasoned Baywatch star. Ponton used several takes, showing a playful and relaxed approach to the lesson.
Previously, Dunne had also coached Jimmy Fallon in the same Baywatch run on The Tonight Show, showing her dedication to preserving the iconic move.
Dunne remains active in promoting the Baywatch reboot while engaging audiences with nostalgic yet fresh content. She previously told fans, "I only run in slow motion now."
