Robinhood Derivatives Expands Event Contracts for 2026 US Open
Robinhood Derivatives, LLC opened trading for set winner prediction markets covering the 2026 US Open tennis tournament round of 128 matches as of August 25, 2026. The event contracts are offered through KalshiEX LLC, ForecastEX, LLC, or Rothera Exchange and Clearing LLC, allowing traders to buy contracts that pay out $1 for correct predictions. The derivative products cover both men's and women's singles matches, including set 1 and set 2 outcomes for featured matchups like Lorenzo Giustino against Grigor Dimitrov.
In addition to singles contests, related contract markets extend to matches involving players such as Jodie Burrage, Guiomar Maristany Zuleta de Reales, Storm Hunter, and Maddison Inglis.
Trading operates 24 hours a day, except for a brief routine pause every Thursday between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM Eastern Time. Contract settlement rules dictate that payouts occur within one hour of official event resolution following match play.
If a match is cancelled before starting due to player injury, walkover, or forfeiture, the market resolves to a fair price determined by the exchange. Postponed or delayed matches will remain open and close after the rescheduled match finishes within a two-week window.
In the event of a player retirement, completed play is unconditionally settled, while uncompleted markets settle at Fair Market Price. To maintain market integrity, strict trading prohibitions strictly restrict current and former players, coaches, staff, team owners, paid league employees, and their immediate family members from trading. Furthermore, persons employed by designated source agencies or those holding material non-public information regarding the underlying events are barred from participant trading.
