OnlyFans Owner Received Over $700 Million Before Death

Leonid Radvinsky, the late owner of subscription-based platform OnlyFans, was paid over $700 million in dividends in the months before his death in March 2026, according to filings from the company's parent, Fenix International.

Fenix International reported a profit before tax of $714 million for 2025, a 5% increase from the previous year, with $535 million paid out in dividends in that fiscal year ending November 30, 2025. Additional dividends totaling $174 million were paid in early 2026.

Radvinsky, who bought OnlyFans in 2018, died at age 43 from cancer. The company is now controlled by his widow, Yekaterina 'Katie' Chudnovsky, who is named as the sole trustee of the LR Fenix Trust in company records.

OnlyFans is known for hosting a variety of subscription content, including adult material, and had 132 million paying subscribers and 2.5 million active creators in 2025. The platform takes a 20% commission on all payments to creators.

Keily Blair, OnlyFans CEO, said, "OnlyFans provides real opportunities to real people by creating a safe, regulated space where people can monetize their content with a global fan base."

She added, "As a UK-based business we have also made a significant contribution to the UK economy, paying over £600 million in corporate taxes from 2016 to date."

The platform's popularity surged during the COVID-19 pandemic, and under Radvinsky's ownership, it significantly expanded, attracting regulatory scrutiny over adult content and age verification practices. A UK investigation into underage access was dropped, but Ofcom fined the company approximately £1 million for incomplete responses about age verification.

According to Forbes, Radvinsky received a total of $2.5 billion in dividends from 2021 to 2026. After his death, OnlyFans' parent company agreed to sell a 16% stake to Architect Capital, valuing the company at about $3.1 billion, with plans to diversify the platform's offerings.
