Golfer Bryson DeChambeau fueled rumors regarding a potential departure from LIV Golf after sharing a nostalgic social media post following a third-place finish at the LIV Golf Indianapolis tournament on August 25, 2026.

DeChambeau tied with Sergio Garcia at 16 under par, finishing two strokes behind winner Michael La Sasso and one shot behind runner-up Jon Rahm. He recorded rounds of 67, 70, 67, and 66 during the event.

The Crushers GC captain's contract expired at the conclusion of the season, coinciding with major structural changes within the league as the Saudi Public Investment Fund ends its financial backing.

Uncertainty surrounding DeChambeau escalated on Monday when he posted a collection of LIV Golf highlights on Instagram accompanied by a brief caption.

DeChambeau and Demaiter were seen walking together across the venue after the final round, with Demaiter wearing a guest pass and a Crushers GC hat while DeChambeau signed autographs for fans before leaving together in a golf cart.

Us Weekly reported earlier in August 2026 that DeChambeau and Demaiter are dating following weeks of online speculation.

Demaiter, a 26-year-old former goaltender for the Bluewater Hawks in Canada's Provincial Women's Hockey League, retired at age 19 due to an injury before pursuing modeling and content creation.
